titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of agricultural plant growth agent using waste glass
abstract According to the present invention, water-soluble sodium silicate is produced by melting and crushing waste glass classified as environmental pollution and pulverizing waste glass (SiO 2 ) and anhydrous sodium carbonate (Na 2 CO 3 ) to maintain soil neutralization, and trace elements. By mixing with high-temperature melting, using the basic growth factors of crops, which have the effect of silicic acid and silicate on environment-friendly soil improvement and plant growth, the acidified and contaminated soil is neutralized by excessive fertilization of chemical fertilizer. It is to manufacture the inexpensive agricultural plant growth agent which has a great influence on the increase of the harvest by improving the disease resistance by strengthening the stem and leaves of the plant through the side fertilization. A glass phase crystallized by melting and tapping in a melting furnace at a temperature of 1,400 ° C. to 1,500 ° C. by mixing the pulverized waste glass with a base material of sodium silicate, a curlet, anhydrous sodium carbonate (Na 2 CO 3 ), and a trace element. The present invention relates to a method for producing an environmentally friendly agricultural plant growth agent using waste glass that granulates, powders, or liquefies solids.
