abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing hydrogen from the cultivation of a new strain belonging to Rhodobacter spheroides capable of producing hydrogen by photosynthesis and capable of photosynthesis at a salt concentration of 3% NaCl in a medium. According to the present invention, the photosynthetic bacterium may contain pRK415, which is a shuttle vector, and may be genetically manipulated. The photosynthetic bacterium is 4 times higher than that of the Rhodobacter spheroides 2.4.1 strain, which is known in the art. It finds a fermentation condition suitable for hydrogen production rather than conditions and provides a manufacturing process for generating hydrogen with high efficiency. |
