titleOfInvention | An organic light emitting display device having a charge injection blue color filter layer |
abstract | An organic electroluminescent device is provided. The organic light emitting diode includes a substrate having a red pixel area, a green pixel area, and a blue pixel area. First electrodes are positioned on the pixel areas, respectively. A red light emitting layer is positioned on the first electrode of the red pixel region, a green light emitting layer is positioned on the first electrode of the green pixel region, and a blue light emitting layer is positioned on the first electrode of the blue pixel region. A second electrode is positioned on the light emitting layers. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode is a light transmitting electrode. A charge injection blue color filter layer is selectively positioned between the blue light emitting layer and the light transmitting electrode. |
