The present invention relates to a method for screening pain-inhibiting AC5 knockout mice and compounds for inhibiting pain using the same. More specifically, the present invention is a homozygote (homozygote) having a genotype of AC5 -/- all of which is a homologous chromosome in which a deletion of the AC5 gene occurs.
