abstract |
The electrode material for a lithium secondary battery of the present invention includes particles of an alloy in a solid state mainly composed of silicon, and the particles of the alloy in a solid state are microcrystalline or microcrystalline made of an element other than silicon in microcrystalline silicon or amorphous silicon. The ash is dispersed. The solid state alloy preferably contains a pure metal or a solid solution. Preferably, the alloy has an elemental composition in which the alloy is completely mixed in the molten liquid state, whereby the alloy has a single phase without the presence of two or more phases in the molten liquid state. The element composition may be determined by the type of elements constituting the alloy and the atomic ratio of these elements. |
