titleOfInvention | Aldehyde dihydrogenase derived from Bacillus subtilis, preparation method thereof and preparation method of 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to an aldehyde dehydrogenase (AldX) derived from Bacillus subtilis , a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing high purity 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid using the same. Preferably, an expression vector of an aldehyde dehydrogenase gene derived from Bacillus subtilis having an ability to convert an aldehyde group to a carboxyl group is prepared, and a microorganism transformed with the expression vector is prepared, and then obtained from a culture of the microorganism. It relates to a method of increasing the purity of 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid using aldehyde dihydrogenase.n n n When using an aldehyde dihydrogenase derived from Bacillus subtilis according to the present invention, 2-formyl-6-naphthoic acid, which is an impurity contained in crude naphthalene dicarboxylic acid produced by oxidizing 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene, is used. Since it can be converted into 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid by a biological method, there is an advantage that can be efficiently and economically produced 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid purified with high purity.n n n n Bacillus subtilis, aldehyde dehydrogenase (AldX), 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene, crude naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, 2- 2-Formyl-6-naphthoic acid, 2,6-Naphthalene dicarboxylic acid |
