titleOfInvention Crimped fiber nonwoven fabric and laminates thereof
abstract The present invention is a laminate of a nonwoven fabric of a crimped composite fiber comprising a first propylene polymer (1) component and a second propylene polymer (2) component, and a nonwoven fabric or other porous film, which is different from the melting point of (1) component. It is 20 degreeC or more higher than melting | fusing point of this (2) component, and melt flow ratio ((2) component / (1) component) of two components exists in the range of 0.8-1.2, and is represented by (1) / (2) (weight ratio). The component ratio to be is 50/50 to 5/95. The nonwoven fabric is excellent in bulk and flexibility and at the same time excellent in radioactivity and lint resistance, and can also be produced by conventional melt spinning, and the laminate is also excellent in water resistance and surface smoothness, so that all of paper diapers or sanitary napkins are excellent. Can be used asn n n n Propylene-based polymer, crimped composite fiber, nonwoven fabric, porous film, bulk property, flexibility, spinning, fluff resistance
