titleOfInvention Structure and manufacturing method of planar lamp with light reflecting film
abstract The present invention relates to a structure and a manufacturing method of a flat light emitting lamp that can be used as an LCD backlight, an LCD TV backlight, an LCD notebook backlight, a planar light source, and the like. n The lower substrate 1 made of flat glass is provided with a hemispherical microdischarge space 2 and an exhaust hole 10, and an electrode 3 is formed on the rear surface of the lower substrate through a printing process. The light reflection film 4 is applied to the upper and hemispherical discharge spaces 2 of the lower substrate, and the fluorescent film 5 is applied thereon. The upper substrate 6 is a flat glass substrate, and the fluorescent film 7 is coated on the back by a printing process, a space 8 for preventing breakage of the substrate during vacuum exhaust is provided, and the upper and lower glass substrates are sealed for bonding. The glass paste 9 is formed at the edge of the upper substrate and subjected to primary firing, the upper and lower substrates are arranged, the exhaust tube 11 is installed in the exhaust hole, and the upper and lower substrates are bonded through the firing process. 11) is connected to a vacuum exhaust and gas injection system to inject gas after vacuum exhaust, and then the exhaust tube 11 is tipped off to manufacture a flat light emitting lamp. When voltage is applied to the electrode formed on the lower substrate, plasma is formed, and the vacuum ultraviolet rays generated by the formed plasma are transmitted to the phosphor to emit light. n An object of the present invention is to provide uniform light emission, high luminance, and low power consumption as a thin planar light emitting source having a new structure. n n Planar light source, backlight, planar lamp, LCD, phosphor
