abstract | The present invention relates to a novel compound isolated from Ginkgo biloba and a separation method thereof, and more particularly, to a novel compound separated from Ginkgo biloba and a method for separating a new compound from Ginkgo biloba.n n n The method comprises a first step of crudely extracting ginkgo biloba with alcohol, a second step of solvent fractionating the former crude ginkgo biloba extract with an organic solvent, and the former solvent fraction by Sephadex column chromatography.
