titleOfInvention Anode for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising same
abstract The present invention relates to a negative electrode comprising an alloy material and a graphite material for providing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having high capacity and excellent cycle characteristics. The cathode comprises at least one alloy material and graphite capable of absorbing and storing Li electrochemically. The alloying material includes an A phase mainly composed of Si, and a B phase containing an intermetallic compound of at least one transition metal element and Si. At least one of phases A and B comprises microcrystalline or amorphous regions. The ratio of the A phase to the total weight of A phase and B phase is more than 40 weight%, and is 95 weight% or less. The proportion of graphite in the total weight of the alloying material and graphite is 50% by weight or more and 95% by weight or less.
