titleOfInvention Organic conductive polymer composition, transparent conductive film and transparent conductor using the same, input device using the transparent conductor, and its manufacturing method
abstract The present invention provides an organic conductive polymer composition having excellent transparency and conductivity, a transparent conductive film and a transparent conductor, and an input device that does not deteriorate in resistance even after repeated use for a long time and dramatically improves reliability and lifespan, and an efficient manufacturing method thereof. The purpose.n n n The said organic conductive polymer composition contains a polythiophene derivative polymer, a water-soluble organic compound (except a nitrogen containing organic compound), and a dopant at least. In the method of manufacturing the input device, a transparent conductive film is formed on the transparent substrate using the organic conductive polymer composition, and a pair of first electrodes are supplied with electricity to the transparent conductive film at opposite ends of the transparent conductive film. A first conductor manufacturing step of manufacturing the first conductor by allowing the conductive conductor to face each other, and forming a conductive film on the substrate, and attaching a pair of second electrodes to the conductive film at the opposite ends of the conductive film. A second conductor manufacturing step of manufacturing the second conductor by arranging the electricity so as to be conductively opposed, and a bonding step of arranging and pasting the first conductor and the second conductor in directions perpendicular to each other.n n n n Polythiophenes, water soluble organic compounds, dopants.
