titleOfInvention Anti-fouling paint with low friction type
abstract The present invention relates to a paint applied to an inner surface of a ship hull, a fluid and gas transfer pipe, a steel pipe used for water, and a concrete tank to prevent foreign matter from adhering to the surface of the body, and more particularly, a prepolymer solution and a resin solution. It is composed of low friction type silicone-based polyurea, which makes the surface of the body smooth and significantly reduces the frictional resistance between the fluid and the surface of the body, thereby reducing the surface tension and improving the surface fluidity. It is possible to contribute to fuel savings when applied to ships, while spraying each of the prepolymer solution and the resin solution as a two-component spray device so that the two solutions are mixed simultaneously with the spraying without a mixer process, thereby rapidly curing within 1 to 2 minutes. This makes it possible to form a thick and thick coating film so that it has excellent elongation, elasticity and abrasion resistance. The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly low friction type antifouling paint having antifouling property, durability, and adhesiveness and not causing environmental pollution.n n n The present invention relates to a prepolymer solution consisting of 100 wt% of 10-13% NCO methylene diisocyanate, 42-48 wt% of polyoxypropylene diamine for controlling elongation and tensile strength of the coating film, and a polyethertriamine having a molecular weight of 5,000 for adjusting the curing time. 8 ~ 10wt%, 15 ~ 20wt% polydiphenyltriamine to adjust the curing properties and increase elongation, 8 ~ 20wt% modified amino silicone resin to increase slipperiness and antifouling property, and 0.5 ~ 10wt% modified fluororesin And a resin solution composed of 5 to 9 wt% of a filler to increase abrasion resistance, 1 to 2 wt% of an adhesion promoter to smoothly mix the raw materials and increase adhesion to the base material, and 1 to 2 wt% of a pigment showing color. The prepolymer solution and the resin solution are characterized in that the mixture is used in a 1: 1 ratio.
