titleOfInvention | Water Soluble Metalsulfide Quantum Dot Nanocrystalline Composite |
abstract | The present invention relates to the synthesis of nanocrystals with multiple electro-redox potentials and to bio-nanopolymers as a biomaterial table support, wherein metal sulfide (MS) nanocrystals such as CdS, PbS, or ZnS are phosphate solution (PBS). Combining with an antibody or DNA to form a water soluble metal sulfide (MS) quantum dot (QD) nanocrystal complex, and (A) introducing magnetic beads coated with a polyantibody; (B) incubating the antigen here; (C) incubating the water soluble metal sulfide (MS) quantum dot (QD) nanocrystal complex; (D) dissolving the water-soluble MS QD nanocrystal complex in an aqueous solution of nitric acid and performing electrochemical analysis by Square wave anodic stripping voltammetric (SWASV) method; (E) QD-nanoparticles are obtained by the method of electrical coding of multi-target proteins by magnetic beads, characterized in that a digital signal processing step is performed to convert the obtained analog signal into a barcode output. As a signal source, multiple protein analytes can be simultaneously measured by electrical analysis, and defects in barcode mobile systems make it possible to predict and analyze disease agents remarkably quickly and easily, thereby implementing a digital mobile small medical sensor system.
