The present invention is based on the weight of the composition,n n n (a) 0.1-40 wt% of saccharose fatty acid estern n n (b) 0.1 to 40% by weight of polyglycerol fatty acid estern n n (c) 5-70% by weight of propylene glycoln n n (d) 10 to 80% by weight glycerinn n n (e) 0-80 weight percent ethyl alcohol, andn n n (f) 0-80% by weight of watern n n The present invention provides a stable antimicrobial composition, which shows excellent bacteriostatic effect against a wide range of microorganisms and which does not crystallize saccharose fatty acid ester in an acidic beverage. |
