titleOfInvention Light emitting device and manufacturing method of light emitting device
abstract The present invention relates to a light emitting device and a method for manufacturing the light emitting device, wherein the inorganic light emitting device according to the present invention is formed by forming an oxide film, a nitride film or a metal film in a light emitting layer or an upper doping layer in contact with a transparent electrode and then plasma treatment. The etching layer is formed to improve the contact force between the transparent electrode and the upper doping layer. In addition, in the light emitting device according to the present invention, the organic light emitting device includes an oxide film, a nitride film, or a metal film on the substrate to which the transparent electrode is in contact. After forming, a plasma treatment layer is formed to improve the contact force between the substrate and the transparent electrode. As described above, the light emitting device according to the present invention improves the production yield while improving the efficiency of the light emitting device by preventing layer separation by improving the contact force of the transparent electrode.n n n n Luminescence, element, plasma, contact force
