titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of dry polymer coating material containing waste tire rubber
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a polymer coating material containing waste tire rubber, comprising 10 to 20 parts by weight of waste tire rubber powder, 25 to 40 parts by weight cemented carbide, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of calcium carbonate. In the manufacturing method of the dry polymer coating material containing the waste tire rubber which adds 4-7 weight part of polyethyleneglycol which is a part and shrinkage reducing agent, it uses the said waste tire using the reemulsification | type acrylic resin whose particle size is 4-9 micrometers as said polymer. Provided is a method for producing a dry polymer coating material containing waste tire rubber, wherein the rubber powder has a particle size of 0.001 to 0.4 mm. The polymer coating material prepared according to the present invention can secure excellent watertightness while high adhesion to the concrete structure when applied to the surface of the concrete structure can not only improve the durability of the concrete structure but also work by shortening the curing time Time can be shortened, work can be performed even in wet conditions, especially if only water in the field can be obtained a useful effect that can be easily used by anyone.
