titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of membrane-electrode assembly for fuel cell
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for producing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell, wherein the method for immersing a polymer electrolyte membrane having hydrogen ions in a solution containing monovalent metal ions replaces the hydrogen ions of the polymer membrane with monovalent metal ions. To prepare a polymer electrolyte membrane having monovalent metal ions, apply heat to the polymer electrolyte membrane having monovalent metal ions, and apply a catalyst composition including a catalyst, a binder, and a solvent to form a catalyst layer on the polymer electrolyte membrane. And acid treating the polymer electrolyte membrane in which the catalyst layer is formed.n n n The manufacturing method of the membrane-electrode assembly of the present invention can more firmly improve the interface bonding between the catalyst layer and the polymer electrolyte membrane, thereby improving the life characteristics of the battery.
