abstract The present invention relates to a staple and a surgical automatic anastomosis device having the same by firmly suturing the surgical site to increase the safety during surgery. To this end, the staple according to the present invention closes and sutures the first suture tissue and the second suture tissue in contact with the first suture tissue, and is bent and connected to both ends of the central portion, the central portion in close contact with one surface of the first suture tissue. And a pair of penetrating portions penetrating the suture tissue and the second suture tissue, and a pair of leg portions which are bent to extend through each of the penetrating portions and closely contact the first suture tissue and the second suture tissue.
