titleOfInvention Mass production method of polymer hollow fiber membrane for asymmetric gas separation
abstract The present invention relates to a mass production method of asymmetric hollow fiber membrane for gas separation, and more particularly, to produce a spinning solution with a specific polymer and a high boiling point good solvent, a high boiling point good solvent and a non-solvent are mixed in a constant ratio After performing the dry and wet phase-transfer spinning process at high temperature and high speed using the internal coagulant, the hollow fiber manufactured by coating with polydimethylsiloxane solution forms a porous surface inside and has no defect on the outside surface. It has an asymmetric structure formed with a selection layer, eliminates the use of volatile additives required in the conventional hollow fiber process, and enables high temperature and high-speed spinning to shorten the hollow fiber manufacturing process, such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen, methane, oxygen, and steam. A mass production method of asymmetric hollow yarns for gas separation having high permeability and high selectivity to gases.
