titleOfInvention Wire Rod Plating Equipment
abstract According to the present invention, the productivity is high and the knitting ratio is 2.0 or less by appropriately cooling the range of the plating layer which is large in fluidity at the high temperature immediately after plating and tends to cause knitting, and the range of plating layers which are low in fluidity and difficult to produce knitting at low temperatures. It is to provide a wire rod plating apparatus that can stably manufacture a plated wire rod having a uniform plating layer as a value.n n n In the wire rod plating apparatus for cooling the wire rod generated through the plating drawing portion in the plating bath surface at least with an air cooling apparatus, the air cooling apparatus includes a pressurized air portion, a lower cooling portion under the pressurized air portion, and an upper cooling portion above the pressurized air portion. The wire rod passing through the air cooling device flows into the upper cooling section from the air blowing port of the pressurized air section and flows out from the upper cooling section upper exit of the upper cooling section and the lower side from the inlet of the lower cooling section. It is air cooled in two stages with sub-cooling air entering the cooling section and joining the main cooling air.
