Therapeutic agents using protein hollow nanoparticles that present antibodies to specific cells or tissues, the present invention provides a drug that has actually been recognized therapeutic effect by animal experiments, and a therapeutic method using the drug. The medicament according to the invention comprises hollow nanoparticles consisting of a protein with particle forming ability (e.g., a hepatitis B virus surface antigen protein mutated to delete infectivity to native liver cells and further mutated to present an antibody). The particle contains a cell introducing material for treating a disease (for example, a simple herpesvirus-derived thymidine kinase gene, which is a gene for cancer treatment), and further, a molecule present on the surface of a specific cancer cell on the surface of the particle.
