abstract The present invention relates to a ginseng preparation using vinegar and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a ginseng having a pH 2-4 vinegar, and extracted by heating for 0.5 to 24 hours to contain a high concentration of ginsenoside Rg 3 By preparing a ginseng preparation, it contains high concentrations of ginsenosides Rg 3, Rg 5, and Rh 1 , functional substances produced in small amounts by heat when preparing red ginseng , and contains various organic acids including citric acid of vinegar, compared to conventional processed ginseng.
