titleOfInvention Partial Plating Method Using Ink Masking
abstract The disclosed invention is a nickel plating step of plating nickel (Ni) on a base metal, an ink masking step of applying ink in a desired pattern by an inkjet printer after nickel plating, and plating. A partial plating step of plating a sieve by a wet electroplating apparatus, and a stripping and degreasing step of peeling and peeling a partially plated masking film from a plated body.n n n The partial plating method of such a configuration can be plated without the need to produce a separate mold only by masking using an inkjet printer, as well as the chemical and heat resistance properties of the masked ink and solid attachment through hot air drying. During the plating process, it is possible to minimize the contamination of the plating solution, to save the expensive plating solution, and to quickly and accurately remove the masking film through the ultrasonic electrolytic degreasing process combining ultrasonic degreasing and electrolytic degreasing.n n n n Partial plating, nickel plating, masking, inkjet printer, hot air drying, electroplating, electrolytic degreasing
