titleOfInvention Array substrate for liquid crystal display device and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device, and more particularly, to an array substrate for a liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof.n n n SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to prevent a short circuit between a drain electrode and a data line without an additional process, and to prevent a pixel electrode driving interference problem due to a bad semiconductor layer pattern under the data line without an additional process. And to provide a method for producing the same.n n n In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a liquid crystal display array substrate and a method of manufacturing the protective film hole is formed between the drain electrode and the data wiring, or the protective film hole is formed between the data wiring and the pixel electrode.n n n According to the present invention, a protective film hole is formed between the drain electrode and the data electrode adjacent to the drain electrode to prevent the drain electrode and the data wiring from being short-circuited without any additional process, and to form a protective film hole between the data wiring and the pixel electrode. As a result, the semiconductor layer pattern under the data line may be prevented from interfering with the driving of the pixel electrode without an additional process, thereby improving the bright spot defect and improving the process yield.
