abstract |
According to the present invention, a battery element is accommodated in an outer packaging material including a laminate film, and the electrode terminal lead connected to each electrode constituting the battery element while being encapsulated by thermal fusion is inserted into the thermal fusion portion and exposed to the outside of the outer packaging material. It relates to a nonaqueous electrolyte battery. The electrode terminal lead is covered with a sealant resin at a position corresponding to the heat-sealed portion. The sealant resin is deformed according to the shape of the electrode terminal lead to show an uneven shape. In order to make such a covering state, an elastic body is provided in the heater head at the time of sticking a sealant resin to an electrode terminal lead. The sealant resin has a single layer structure or a multilayer structure mainly composed of a resin having a high melting point.n n n n Batteries, nonaqueous electrolyte batteries |
