After preparing a primary synthetic solvent mixed in a weight ratio of 2: 3 at room temperature, 80 to 90% by weight of the prepared primary synthetic solvent was mixed and stirred with 10 to 20% by weight of a styrene-based acrylic emulsion resin for secondary synthesis A solvent was prepared, and the mixture was gelled for 40 to 50% by weight of the secondary synthetic solvent, 45 to 50% by weight of cement and 5% by weight of calcium for 24 to 48 hours to prepare a kneaded mixture, and recycled to 100 parts by weight of the mixture.
