titleOfInvention | Method for producing monodisperse polymer crosslinked fine particles using monomer containing silane group and unsaturated carbon |
abstract | In the method for producing the monodisperse polymer crosslinked fine particles according to the present invention, a monomer containing an silane group and an unsaturated carbon, an initiator, and a monomer to be polymerized are mixed, and a dispersion stabilizer is added to the mixture and the continuous phase solvent to react with nitrogen. Stabilizing in an atmosphere, and adding water to the stabilized reactant to stir to induce a sol-gel reaction to crosslink the polymer. Monomers comprising a silane group and an unsaturated carbon according to the present invention are represented by the following formula (1) or (2):n n n [Formula 1] [Formula 2]n n n R-R'-Si (OR ") 3 R-R'-SiR '(OR") 2 n n n In the above formula, R is an unsaturated hydrocarbon capable of radical polymerization including vinyl, acrylic or methacrylic, R 'is an alkyl group of C 1 to C 5 , and R ″ is an alkyl group of C 1 to C 5 .n n n Monodisperse polymer crosslinked fine particles, silane group, dispersion polymerization, sol-gel reaction. |
