abstract The present invention provides a PAHs in a water sample or a biological sample by attaching a SPME (Solid Phase Microextraction) fiber coated with a stationary phase capable of adsorption of analyte to a headspace (HS) on the surface of a sample. adsorbing polyaromatic hydrocarbons and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), desorbing the PAHs and PCBs adsorbed fibers at a hot gas chromatography inlet, and then analyzing them in a gas chromatography / mass spectrometer. The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting trace amounts of PAHs and PCBs. The detection method of the present invention is applicable to biological samples including more complicated matrices such as urine or blood in addition to general water samples, and is environmentally and economically beneficial because it has excellent sensitivity, does not use an organic solvent, and does not require pretreatment.
