titleOfInvention | Cultivation method of Cordyceps sinensis using ginseng medium |
abstract | The present invention is a method of cultivating Cordyceps sinensis which can further increase the content of cordycepin in Cordyceps sinensis while simultaneously adding various types of ginseng saponins in Cordyceps sinensis by cultivating using ginseng without cultivating insect material in Cordyceps fruit fruit. The present invention relates to Cordyceps sinensis, enriched in medicinal ingredients.n n n Therefore, according to the present invention, when the cordyceps is grown by adding ginseng instead of the pupa, which is generally used as a substrate, the cordycepin content is increased while the saponins in the ginseng are converted into useful saponins by the cordyceps strain. In particular, inoculation of Cordyceps sinensis strains into ginseng or ginseng and pupa mixture and cultivation for about 60 to 90 days, while Cordyceps fungi grow to fruiting bodies, converting them to other useful saponins using some components of saponins present in ginseng as nutrients. The content will also increase. It may be targeted to Paecilomyces japonica and Cordyceps militaris , which are currently approved by the Food and Drug Administration as food.n n n n Ginseng, saponin conversion, cordycepin, cordyceps, fruiting body |
