FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to optical devices having light absorption, and more particularly to photovoltaic devices or photoconductive devices. In particular, embodiments of the present invention relate to a device formed of a plurality of semiconductor layers, preferably composed of organic semiconductor polymers. This device has two main semiconductor layers.
