abstract |
The present invention relates to a SiC-covered carbon-based material and a SiC-covered carbon-based material, wherein the SiC-coated carbon-based material is a carbon-based material having a SiC film having a nitrogen content of 5 × 10 16 atoms / cm 3 or less measured by SIMS analysis. Or a carbonaceous material having a SiC film having a boron content of 2 × 10 16 atoms / cm 3 or less, or measured by SIMS analysis. The carbonaceous material has a nitrogen content of 5 × 10 18 atoms / cm 3 or less as measured by the SIMS analysis method, and the boron content measured by a SIMS analysis method is 1 × 10 16 atoms / cm 3 or less. It is preferable to provide a SiC-coated carbonaceous material and a SiC-coated carbonaceous material with little impurities such as nitrogen and boron. |
