titleOfInvention Microwave Dielectric Composites
abstract In a dielectric composed of Ba n La 4 Ti 3 + n O 12 + 3n , a complex is formed by partially replacing other elements with Ba, La or Ti, and various and high quality microwave dielectric composite compositions are developed. The microwave dielectric composite composition of the first invention is (Ba 1-x A x ) n La 4 Ti 3 + n O 12 + 3n (A is an alkaline earth metal element other than Ba, 0.5 <n <5, 0 <x < It is composed of a ceramic composition represented by 0.5). This first invention consists of a homologous gas composite composition in which a part of Ba is replaced with an alkaline earth metal element other than Ba and a homologas gas-composite composition. Similarly, part of La may be substituted with rare earth elements other than La or trivalent cations, and part of Ti may be replaced with elements other than Ti. By partially replacing the element, the microwave dielectric characteristics can be variably adjusted, and diversity can be introduced into the dielectric resonator material.
