titleOfInvention Novel type-specific primers for detection and identification of human papillomavirus types by multi-polymerase chain reaction and detection methods using the same
abstract The present invention binds to DNA fragments of type-specific sequences among human papillomaviruses (HPVs), which are classified into various types, and are characterized by type-specific DNA through polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The present invention relates to a primer capable of amplifying and a method of detecting or amplifying a specific type of HPV DNA present in a sample. By using the type-specific primer synthesized in the present invention at the same time, it is possible to accurately detect the HPV type present in the sample by confirming the size of the amplification product through one PCR amplification process.n n n n Human Papillomavirus, Type Specific Primer, Cervical Cancer, Multiplex Polymerase Chain Reaction
