abstract The present invention is directed to a monoclonal antibody against Ozeki's disease virus, a hybridoma cell line producing the same, and an antibody to the Ozeski disease virus antibody detection method using the monoclonal antibodies and to the gE (also referred to as gI) of the Ozeski disease virus. It is related with the method of discriminating and detecting by the method.n n n The present invention can specifically detect gE protein in which antibodies appear only in natural infections by using the method of diagnosing antibody presence and antibody titer against Ozeski disease virus and the fact that the vaccine mainly uses gE gene deletion. Thus, there is an effect of providing a method capable of differentially screening an antibody by infection and vaccination from an external origin and a detection kit useful therefor.n n n n Ozeski's disease virus, antibody titer, anti-Ozeski's disease virus monoclonal antibody peroxidase conjugate, Ozeski's disease virus gE antibody differentiation, anti-Ozeski's disease virus gE monoclonal antibody peroxidase conjugate, ELISA, diagnostic kit.
