titleOfInvention | Bi-porous carbon structure, preparation method thereof and catalyst for fuel cell using same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a double porous carbon structure, a method for producing the same, and a fuel cell catalyst using the same. The biporous carbon structure according to the invention is surrounded by mesoporous walls, has three-dimensional interconnections, and has uniform macropores arranged regularly. The bi-porous carbon structure comprises meso-sized colo in the pores of macro particle materials, while mixing macro-sized monodisperse particle material with a colloidal dispersion of meso-size particle material and aligning the macro-size particle material by self-assembly. This month the particles are aligned and the aligned macro particles are removed to form a macro porous template surrounded by a templated aggregate of mesosize particle material, and a carbon precursor solution in the pores of the porous mesosize particle material of the macro porous template. It is prepared by injecting and carbonizing, followed by removing the mesosize particle material of the macroporous template. Such a carbon structure can be used for electrode catalysts for fuel cells.n n n n Porous, macropores, mesopores, fuel cells, catalysts, carbon supports |
