titleOfInvention Polycarbonate / styrene thermoplastic resin composition with excellent moldability
abstract The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises 0.01 to 5 weight of a vinyl cyanide / aromatic vinyl copolymer having a nonlinear structure with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture of 50 to 95% by weight of a polycarbonate resin and 5 to 50% by weight of a rubber-reinforced styrene resin. It is prepared by adding a part. The polycarbonate resin is an aromatic polycarbonate resin prepared by the reaction of a divalent phenol compound and a phosgene or diester carbonate, and the rubber-reinforced styrene resin is 10 to 50% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of rubber. And styrene-containing copolymer 80 containing 20 to 100% by weight of a styrene-containing graft copolymer resin obtained by graft copolymerization of a monomer mixture composed of 50 to 90% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound by 10 to 50% by weight. It is resin which mixed -0 weight%, and exists in the form in which rubber reinforced styrene resin is disperse | distributed to polycarbonate resin. The vinyl cyanide / aromatic vinyl copolymer is composed of 10 to 50 parts by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound and 50 to 90 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound, and contains 5 parts by weight or less of a polyfunctional vinyl compound to make a nonlinear structure.
