abstract The present invention has been invented to keep the sealing state easy and robust to various devices such as electricity or water meter,n n n    One side of the body is flat and the edge is cylindrical, forming a pressure wire hole for inserting and pressing one end of the sealed wire in the center of the body and a wire insertion hole and a wire binding part space for inserting the other end of the sealing wire in the cylindrical portion of the body edge. The structure of the wire binding part space is tapered at the side where the sealed wire is inserted and cylindrical at the other side, and a wire binding part is formed therein, and the wire binding part forms a wire through hole through which the wire penetrates. The inserted side forms a taper to make contact with the taper of the body. The tapered circumferential surface is formed with three steel ball insertion holes having an equilateral triangle structure, and provided with steel balls, and the opposite side pushes the wire binding unit to make contact with the taper of the body. The main rod is provided with a spring, and the wire binding portion moves so that the spring and the wire binding portion are not separated. To provide a multi-purpose sealing device characterized by press-fitting a steel sealing nut of a circular shape of a lotlet with a guide formed thereon.n n n n Pressed wire hole, wire insertion hole, wire binding part, wire through hole, steel ball insertion hole, rotlet shaped round sealing nut, spring supporting step part, guide part, three steel balls of equilateral triangular composition, and equilateral triangular composition steel center.
