T Cell Epitope Peptide |
abstract |
The present invention identified T cell epitopes on cypress pollen allergen molecules by stimulating T cell lines established from cypress pollen patients with overlap peptides covering the primary structure of cypress pollen allergens. The peptides of the present invention are useful for the diagnosis of peptide immunotherapy or spring repair pollen, which also includes patients with cedar pollen with cross-reactivity with cypress pollen. |
