titleOfInvention | Method for producing high molecular weight polycarbonate resin |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a high molecular weight polycarbonate resin, and in particular, iii) condensation of low molecular weight amorphous polycarbonate prepolymers prepared by transesterification of dialkyl carbonates or diaryl carbonates with ii) aromatic hydroxy compounds. The present invention relates to a method for producing a high molecular weight polycarbonate resin that increases molecular weight through polymerization and a solid phase polymerization process within a short time.n n n The present invention provides a molecular weight of polycarbonate after solid phase polymerization by introducing a condensation polymerization to lower the mole fraction of the polycarbonate prepolymer obtained as a result of the transesterification reaction, the end groups of the reaction byproducts having a polymerization degree of less than 3, and the aryl carbonate present in the unreacted diaryl carbonate. In addition to maximizing the increase, the time required to produce polycarbonates of the same molecular weight can be significantly shortened. In addition, the present invention does not use phosgene, which is a toxic substance, there is no danger, and the degradation of quality can be prevented, and a high molecular weight polycarbonate can be prepared for injection and extrusion.n n n n Polycarbonate, transesterification, condensation polymerization, crystallization, solid state polymerization |
