titleOfInvention | In-gel Labeling and In-gel Isolation for Phosphorylated Protein Analysis and Method for Identifying Phosphorylation of Proteins |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for position-specific labeling of phosphorylated protein genetic information with a position-specific labeling reagent and an analysis method of the obtained label, and more particularly, to a method for polymerizing the position of phosphorylated protein with a nucleophilic labeling reagent. The present invention relates to a method for labeling as it is maintained in a gel and a method for expressing a cleavable site of novel proteolysis at all phosphorylation sites by appropriate selection of a nucleophile labeling reagent. Furthermore, the present invention relates to phosphorylated protein analysis and phosphorylation site identification method by mass spectrometry of the resulting peptides that are subsequently isolated in gel of the protein labeled in the gel. The present invention configured as described above is useful for effectively analyzing the phosphorylation status and phosphorylation level of proteins in vivo, and can be applied to diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, and contribute to understanding the role of proteins in vivo. Can be.n n n n Phosphorylated Proteins, In-gel Labels, Labelers, Phosphorylation Site Identification |
