titleOfInvention | Glycosylated Recombinant Onconase and Method for Making the Same |
abstract | The present invention provides glycosylated recombinant onconase, expression vector for producing electrically glycosylated recombinant onconase, glycosylated recombination using Pichia yeast transformed with electrical expression vector and electrotransformed Pichia yeast. It relates to a method for producing onconase. The glycosylated recombinant onconase of the present invention is characterized in that the amino acid sequence N-terminus is pyroglutamic acid, and amino acid 69 is glycosylated with a sugar containing 8 to 12 mannose. Since the glycosylated recombinant onconase of the present invention has superior stability and anticancer activity than natural onconase, it may be widely used for anticancer treatment.n n n n Glycosylated Recombinant Onconase, Pichia Yeast |
