titleOfInvention Method for producing water-soluble glucuronic acid oligosaccharides using Gluconacetobacter Hanseni P.
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a water-soluble glucuronic acid oligosaccharide, characterized by culturing microorganisms of the genus Gluconacetobacter having the ability to produce oligosaccharide of glucuronic acid.n n n According to the present invention, when the microorganism of Gluconacetobacter genus is cultured under appropriate culture conditions, water-soluble glucuronic acid oligosaccharides can be produced in high yield, which is environmentally friendly and economical compared to the conventional chemical method for preparing glucuronic acid. It is possible to produce glucuronic acid oligosaccharides.n n n n Glucuronic Acid, Glucuronic Acid Oligosaccharide, Gluconacetobacter
