abstract | The present invention relates to a foamed concrete composition and a method of manufacturing the same, which stably generates bubbles and adds a foaming agent having temperature stability to a cement mixed slurry to which fibers and metakaolin are added, thereby improving the properties of lightweight foamed concrete. It is an object to provide a concrete composition and a method for producing the same.n n n The present invention comprises the steps of mixing water with a foaming agent to make a concentration of 4 to 10% bubble; Adding foam to the foamer to generate foam; Producing a cement slurry using 30 to 60 wt% of cement, 5 to 8 wt% of vegetable fibers, 10 to 30 wt% of metakaolin, 5 to 10 wt% of expanded vermiculite, 1 to 5 wt% of silicone oil, and the remainder as water; 20 to 80 wt% of the cement slurry and 20 to 80 wt% of foam are mixed and stirred.n n n n Foam concrete, lightweight concrete, foam, insulation, metakaolin |
