Immunization of soluble human TGF-βII receptors to human antibody-producing transgenic mice made using genetic engineering techniques binds to human TGF-βII receptors and inhibits the delivery of human TGF-β signals into cells. Human monoclonal antibodies were obtained. Moreover, human monoclonal antibodies have been found to be effective for the prevention and treatment of various diseases such as tissue fibrosis in various organs caused by the action of human TGF-β.n n n n TGF-βII receptor, tissue fibrosis, human monoclonal antibody, nephropathy |
