titleOfInvention Microorganisms Producing 5'-Xanthyl Acid
abstract The present invention is directed to Corynebacterium ammoniagenes KCCM-10448 (Domestic Patent Application 10-2002-0078694), which produces 5'-Xanthylic acid. Mutagenic agents, such as -methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (NTG), are treated according to a conventional method to modify the traits of the parent strains, thereby forming two formyl groups during the biosynthesis process of purine. N 5, N 10 is used to transfer -tetrahydro folic acid in the same fermentation time, by providing a resistance to tryptophan (5-Fluorotryptophan) 5-fluoro to enhance the biosynthesis of (N 5, N 10 -tetrahydrofolate) 5 The present invention relates to a microorganism which directly accumulates' -xanthyl acid in a culture medium with high yield and high concentration.n n n 5'-Xanthyl acid, Corynebacterium ammonia genes, mutagenic agents, 5-fluorotryptophan
