titleOfInvention Microfluidic control element and microfluidic control method
abstract The present invention relates to a microfluidic control device and a microfluidic control method, and controls a small amount of fluid by only flowing natural fluid and adding a solution. By changing the surface tension due to the addition of the solution, the pressure barrier of the capillary tube is removed, so that the movement, confluence, mixing, and time delay of the microfluid are achieved. When the fluid is stopped by the stop valve, the solution is introduced so that the stop valve meets the interface of the stopped fluid, thereby the function of the stop valve is lost and the fluid is moved, merged and mixed. The fluid control method of the present invention can be applied to a microfluidic control device for a biochemical reaction, and the structure of the device is simple because only the change of capillary force due to the introduction of a solution is used.n n n n Fluid Control, Capillary Force, Surface Tension, Stop Valve, Droplet Injection
