titleOfInvention Methods for Sorting Recycled Product
abstract Recyclables classified as steel, aluminum cans, glass, plastics, pets and paper can be used in sorting devices including proximity sensors A, proximity sensors B1 and B2, light sensors and plastic sensors. The present invention relates to a method for collectively sorting according to the material properties of recycled products. (A) PET, plastic, and paper are sorted out based on an induction current that varies according to the dielectric constant of the recycled product detected by the proximity sensor A. Separating into a first group of and a second group of cans and glass; (b) separating the recycled product into a third group of PET, a fourth group of plastics, and a fifth group of cans and paper based on an induced current that changes according to the light transmittance of the recycled product detected by the optical sensor; (c) based on the on-off operation of the proximity sensors B1 and B2, the recycled product is transferred to the sixth group of ON and the seventh group of OFF, the eighth group of ON and the ninth group of OFF in B2. Separating; (d) separating the recycled product into a tenth group of off and an eleventh group of on based on an off-off operation of the plastic sensor; And (e) identifying the recycled product according to the group combination of the recycled products obtained through the separation steps (a) to (d) described above.
