titleOfInvention | Short arc discharge lamp |
abstract | The present invention suppresses abrasion of the cathode tip portion of a short arc discharge lamp and realizes a short arc discharge lamp having less arcing or arcing of the arc discharge, thereby realizing a short arc discharge lamp. It prevents the fall of illuminance and flicker in light irradiation surface. In addition, the present invention provides a short arc discharge lamp which is less deteriorated in luminance even when it is turned on for a long time and can stably emit light.n n n The short arc discharge lamp of the present invention has a schematic spherical light emitting tube, and in the short arc discharge lamp in which a cathode and an anode are disposed in the inside of the light emitting tube, the crystal structure of the tip portion of the cathode is the rear end side of the cathode. It is composed of a plurality of coarser and thicker crystals, and the electron-radioactive material contained in the tip portion of the cathode is characterized in that not more than 0.1% by mass. |
