titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of epoxy resin composition for can coating |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing an epoxy resin composition used for can coating, and an object of the present invention is to provide an epoxy resin composition having particularly excellent dry and wet adhesion properties compared to existing compositions.n n n The present invention relates to 40 to 70% by weight of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A, 20 to 40% by weight of bisphenol A, diethylene glycol ether or dipropylene glycol ether having no hydroxyl group in the molecule, having an epoxide equivalent of 170 to 195. The reaction mixture consisting of 10 to 50% by weight of the polymerization solvent selected from 0.01 to 5% by weight of other additives is reacted while maintaining a reaction temperature of 150 to 200 ℃ epoxy equivalent of 4000 to 5,000 and weight average molecular weight of 7,000 to 12,000 The present invention relates to an epoxy resin composition obtained by obtaining a resin and dissolving it in a diluent solvent and then mixing a curing agent, a diluent solvent, and other additives. The epoxy resin composition thus prepared has excellent adhesiveness in dry state when used for can coating. Not only that, but also excellent adhesion in the wet state is very useful. |
