titleOfInvention | acrylic Emulsion Resin For Galvanized Steel And Methods Of Preparing The Same |
abstract | Disclosed are an acrylic emulsion resin and a method of manufacturing the same, which can compensate for the weak physical properties of plated steel sheets. The acrylic emulsion resin may include 80 to 99% by weight of the mixed monomer, and a double bond capable of an addition polymerization reaction based on 100% by weight of the mixed monomer including at least one of the group consisting of an acryl monomer, a meta acrylic monomer and an acid ester vinyl monomer. 1 to 20% by weight of the alkoxysilane and the reaction additive. Thus, the coating material containing the acryl emulsion resin for a plated steel sheet can improve the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the plating layer which is the weak physical property of a plated steel sheet. |
